Rules of the Sea
• Deposit required. 50% of the room rate for all nights booked, excluding taxes

• 14 day cancellation policy. Deposit refunded less a $30 service charge when given at least 14 days notice.

• If less than 14 days notice, deposit returned less a $30 service charge only if we are able to rebook your entire reservation

• We do not accept children under the age of 9

• On selected weekends, some rooms have 2 day minimum

• Check-in between 3:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. - Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

• Cash, Travellers Cheques, Debit and Major Credit Cards (VISA, MC, AmEx) accepted

• Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 10% and Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 6% additional

• GST refunded upon exit from Canada for visitors from other countries
